Iris Anne SWAN nee Moor

Late of Picola, passed away peacefully at Nathalia Hospital.
Loved wife of Jack (dec.). Loving Mum, Nanna and Great Nanna, dearly loved by her children and their partners; Kevin and Deborah; Peter and Wendy; David and June; Robert (Bob); and daughter Debra and Nanna to her 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

A wonderful Mum and Nanna laid to rest.
Her pleasures were simple, her needs were few,
if we were happy, then she was too.
She never complained, she wasn’t that kind,
her equal in this world would be hard to find.
There’s a place in our hearts that is yours alone,
a place in our life no one else can own.
